VSAG July General Meeting
Hi all
We will be holding our July General Meeting on Tuesday 17th July at The Water Rat Hotel, South Melbourne.
Our special guest presenter will be John Lippman, Executive Director of DAN Asia Pacific.
John’s presentation will focus on post dive incident indicators, immediate care and evacuation, and as always, you will get the correct information from this industry icon. John is an extensively published author of some of the best texts and manuals ever written about diving safety coming from a diver for divers. His books are written in easy to understand terminology making it possible for all divers to understand the material.
John has been the driving force behind the growth and proliferation of DAN in our region, with a growth in membership, so comes a growth in demands and services. Nowadays, DAN doesn’t just provide advice and evacuation cover for divers but additionally a broad range of courses for the diver and non diver alike.
In addition to John’s presentation we will update on whats been going on around the club and also on whats coming up and as usual we will judge the VSAG Photo contest for the previous month.
As usual we will be in the bar for drinks and a meal from 7pm.
All members, their guests and prospective members are welcome to attend.
See you on the night
